I love to make the most of the harvest, but really want to avoid the traditional jams and jellies that my mother and grandmothers made, due to the amount of sugar used. I try some recipes in this video, some new, with some success, and some I wouldn't make again. This is only scratching the surface of the possibilities. It is clear that too much sugar can disrupt our hormones and our general health, so I make a concerted effort to avoid it or reduce it where possible.
