Calhoun county sucks. Anyways, after waiting for more than 5 minutes after 1PM, I decided to contact the county dispatch to ask them if they're going to test the sirens. After being asked some redundant questions, the dispatcher put me on hold so she would contact her "supervisor", and while I was still on hold, the siren finally fires up and I immediately activated my SiraTone controller to go in sync with the 612 to get a perspective as to how my SiraTone sounds like compared to one just like mine being used on a full-size siren head from alike. Finally, we got what we wanted. James and another siren enthusiasts from Macomb Township were also present to witness a dual sound off. After my SiraTone controller shuts off, you can barely hear Springfield's Equinox wind down from a distance (meaning that and most sirens in the county) seem to only test half as long as how they normally would. Battle Creek and Calhoun County are weird and screwy. Sorry for this long video but I wanted to attach multiple angles on here for you all to see since something like this is not something you would normally experience during a siren test.
