As someone who grew up playing and watching a lot of golf, I have grown to understand just how much golfers need yoga! Yoga can help golfers gain more flexibility in areas like the chest and the hips, which can ultimately improve their swing. Yoga also amplifies mental focus and breath control. In this 45 minute flow, we will work on challenging our balance, deepening our flexibility, and connecting our breath to our movement. It is perfect to practice before heading out to the course or just after a long round!
