70 miles, 5 full days plus 2 half days wild camping and hiking route through the Isle of Arran in Scotland. We mainly followed the "Arran Coastal Way", but in the first few days in the North part of the Island we took a few deviations through Glen Rosa, Glen Sannox, Gleann Easan Biorach, Gleann Diomhan and Glen Catacol. The maximum weight that was carried was on the first day where we carried 4 days worth of food to last until Pirnmill. In part 1 we started the Arran Coastal Way in Brodick and finished with a very windy night at Coire Fhionn Lochan Day 1: Started in Brodick, camped in Glen Rosa before the climb to the Saddle Day 2: Tried to go to the summit of Goatfell via North Goatfell but turned back due to bad visibility at 750m. Descended down through Glen Sannox and camped up a hill next to the Arran Coastal Way Day 3: Continued on the Arran Coastal Way, going around the Cock of Arran to Lochranza. Took a detour since the weather was so nice and camped at Coire Fhionn Lochan.
