Can i lose 25kg ? How long will it take ? G'day guys this one is long overdue, Can i lose 25 -30 KG and how long will it take. That's right not am i only challenging myself to go on a diet, I'm also going to cut my drinking down to an absolute minimum iof i can. My problem is that, 1 I'm an Aussie i love beer, I have a sweet tooth and i love bread and carbs. This is going to be a huge sacrifice for me as i've been eating like this for a long time. But now i'm 60 i know i need to try and make some changes or im going to pay the price soon. I see so many men my age starting to lose there mobility and that really scares me, Breaking my leg really slowed me down. nearly 2 years later i can final walk normal up and down steps.But im so cautious after breaking my leg. I certainly dont want that to happen again.
