The weigh in? So i took the first step towards dropping a few Kilo's had it all worked out. I'd been researching it for weeks. Then i finally committed to it. What could go wrong lol. Everything after a few miner set backs, I thought i could get back online. It wasn't to be one thing after the next. My new diet was a disaster. I'm thinking im going to look like a real dill if a cant even make it through the first week. Although i constantly broke my diet, I ate all the required amounts of protein ( meat eggs,and fats which this diet requires).Not to mention pizza beers and kinds of other things.
