As a teacher, this is something you will have to eventually deal with. Cheating! Yes, students are supposed to be there to learn but some are wanting to take the shortest easiest path to passing. I'm here to stop that! By no means do I want to fail anyone for making a one time mistake. That's why I try to take a proactive approach to cheating...convince would be cheaters to not cheat before they even get the idea of doing it. Typically, once I showed them a few of the ways I could catch them within Mastercam, not many would attempt slipping one past me. This video is a tool for teachers to track down would be cheaters and a warning to would be cheats that every teacher out there is now going to know these tricks :) I always found the best way to catch someone cheating was with a simple conversation about the project. A few questions about how this or that was done, why something was done a particular way vs another, that typically gets em every time. But it isn't physical proof. This video will show several ways to get proof and a few ways to deter students as well. Students, just do the project.
