Participants will learn how to: Recognize and respect their own mental bandwidth. Communicate bandwidth limitations with empathy and clarity. Set boundaries that support academic success and personal well-being. Respond constructively when feeling overextended. The session also acknowledges the personal journey of returning to school and the importance of honoring this life transition. Drawing from lived experience, Anna Stariha shares insights on the difficulty of setting time boundaries and adjusting expectations around bandwidth.
