I paid for Discovery+ to watch the paranormal shows… so you don’t have to. After Episode 1 went very badly, I wanted to be fair. So for Episode 2, I picked a show with a good reputation. This time, I’m watching Kindred Spirits (Season 6, Episode 3: The Lurker). This episode starts differently to most paranormal TV: • The tone is calmer • The cast listen more than they perform • Claims aren’t immediately escalated • The investigation feels more measured So the question isn’t whether it’s louder or scarier… It’s whether it actually holds up when you slow it down.
