In this short vlog, we're zeroing in on when and how to harvest Sakata's Sweet Melon, because it can be fairly tricky for first time growers. When I harvested my first melon, it was bitter and absolutely disgusting- I didn't know what to look for in a ripe Sakata's Melon, so I wound up with an underripe one.
