The issue is: the further the floor waste moves from the doorway, the higher the step will be onto the tiles as the wet area floor cannot be recessed as the joist cantilever. Running a 100mm pipe through floor joists with that cantilever is beyond my ability. It looks right, but the calcs need to be done, or pipe size needs to be determined. Cutting 100mm sewer pipe from the gulley through cantilevering joists and beams to connect the sewer will be an issue on this project. The client/Builder should talk with a plumber about the regulations of pipe size or talk with the engineer about cutting or drilling holes through such joists.
