This dual-MCU architecture allows complex workloads to be cleanly split between control logic and high-performance data handling, creating a powerful, expandable, and infinitely expendable research platform. The Banshee proudly runs GhostESP firmware, marking a major milestone in the GhostESP revival. GhostESP is a multi-protocol security testing toolkit for ESP32 devices, enabling Wi-Fi scanning, handshake capture, NFC interaction, IR learning and transmission, GPS integration, logging, and far more — all on hardware designed to expose and control every subsystem intentionally.
