The practices and commitment to dairy is personal and extraordinary. We use Organic Valley grass fed butter - pasture raised - their milk, their yogurt and their half and half. The Price Point is competitive to same/similar products. Keep in mind, the flavor is beyond large processed batches. LESS of product is used because it is rich in flavor. We have found this in 17 years of comparing dairy from New England to California and around the Globe....for O.V. Butter we do use a Butter Bell and find we use much less due to the deep flavor of organic valley products - even their 1/2 & 1/2 - less feels the same as other brands when I need to use more.
