So in this video I attempt to take two different cases you might be in and get to a position where timeshift can work after manipulating the filesystems. Some mistakes I made were in the first VM I forget to edit the fstab after moving the files to the subvolume I create and in the second VM I forget to edit the EFI grub.cfg rendering the system unbootable. I also make an error in my command in the grub rescue where I type the initrd line incorrectly and take some time to find my error. You will see this also during the second VM stage that I type this command wrong. Both these issues are corrected and serve as an overview of what you are trying to achieve and why and how to correct the issues.
