Every little bit helps keep this dream alive! 💖 **Shrimp and Broccoli Stir-Fry ** *Ingredients:* I don’t use exact measurements for this recipe—I go by taste and preference. Feel free to adjust the ingredients to your liking! Shrimp, cleaned and deveined Broccoli florets Fresh garlic, minced (or garlic powder) Fresh ginger, minced (or ginger powder) Soy sauce Sesame oil Rice wine (mirin) Brown sugar White sugar Corn starch (optional, for thickening) Water Garlic powder Onion powder Tony’s seasoning (or any preferred seasoning) Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat) Cooking oil *Instructions:* 1. *Prepare the Rice & Broccoli:* Rinse the rice well and cook it according to the package instructions. Steam the broccoli to your desired tenderness and set aside. 2. *Make the Sauce:* In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, a splash of rice wine, some water, and a bit of both brown and white sugar. Adjust the sweetness and saltiness to your taste. Set aside. 3. *Season the Shrimp:* In a bowl, season the shrimp with garlic powder, onion powder, and a bit of Tony’s seasoning. Mix well to coat evenly. 4. *Cook the Shrimp:* Heat some oil and a tbsp of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove from the pan and set aside. 5. *Sauté Aromatics:* In the same pan, add fresh minced garlic and ginger (if using) and sauté for about a minute until fragrant. 6. *Cook the Sauce:* Pour in the sauce mixture and let it simmer. If you want a thicker sauce, mix a little cornstarch with water and stir it in. Cook until it reaches your desired consistency. 7. *Combine & Add Spice (Optional):* Add the shrimp and broccoli back into the pan and toss everything together. If you like a bit of heat, sprinkle in some red pepper flakes.
