Last week, I sparred with a WBO world champion in Mexico not just once but twice… and I got knocked down hard. This raw episode captures what really happened at Romanza Gym in CDMX— the fear, the doubt, the pain… and the decision to come back anyway. I didn’t know who she was stepping into the ring with — until the first punch landed. This session shook me physically and emotionally.
