Stir to combine, and add vegetables and sliced Paneer. Toss and place in fridge to marinade for 2 hours. Heat up Grill. Layer Vegetables and Paneer on wooden skewers. Place on grill, and brush with Ghee. Grill until nicely charred, approximately 10 minutes. Garnish with Coriander and Lemon, and enjoy while piping hot.
