This video is about exercises that students can do in their own dorm rooms. The basic work out consists of 2 minutes of cardio and 8 minutes of training. It's up to you how much you want to spend on arms, chest, core, legs, or whatever else you have in mind. What's nice about bodyweight exercises is that you can do them anytime anywhere in the comfort of your home or at a gym. Note: I made this video in a day for a college project. The list of exercises in the video are by no means exhaustive of all the bodyweight exercises out there. The list goes on and on. I put some of the exercises in that I have personally used a lot of in my training thus far in life. Thanks for watching!
