Introducing GRAH / PASULJ SA REBRIMA recipe (balkan bean soup), a favorite dish in the Balkans. Interestingly, this recipe can be done plainly with beans only for vegetarians, it can also be beans with sausage or beans with smoked dried meat. In this video, I'll be showing you the most basic recipe of beans with smoked dried meat. This is the usual recipe at home for regular days and there's also a special version when there's occasions. The only difference is adding carrots, sausage, bay leaf and soaking the beans in water overnight before cooking. Ingredients: 500 grams beans 300-500 grams smoked dried meat 1 litre of water 2 onions 4 garlic cloves 2 spoons oil 1 spoon flour 1 tablespoon paprika 1 tablespoon ground black pepper INSTRUCTIONS Step 1: Remove the bad beans, put the beans in a pot, fill with water and bring to boil. Step 2: Once it's already boiling, drain the water and refill with new water. Step 3: Add the smoked dried meat, onions and garlic; and continue cooking until the beans are tender. Step 4: In a separate pan, heat oil, put the flour and paprika; mix it. Step 5: Combine the mixture. Mix all the ingredients well, add ground black pepper to taste, cover the pan and let it simmer (about 20 minutes).
