It has repeatability of 20 nanoscale and almost permanent life time. In addition, focus is variable without going through the intermediate step, due to ultra fast changing of lens shapes, and multiple focuses as well as all focuses are simultaneously possible due to the speed of 12000 variable times per second In addition, it is exact, repeated variable at a high speed so that it enable to measure exact depth data and to extract 3D data through 3D depth map. In the field of Vision Inspection, MALS demonstrates its outstanding ability. If there is a step or multilayer for a target object at the general optical inspection, it is difficult to capture accurately focused images. Also if you use ACTUATORS such as STEP MOTOR and PIEZO, it will cause serious problems in the driving speed and repeatability.
