As I am now almost halfway through my half-marathon training I thought it would be a great time to share my workout routine in more depth. I've never done a full week of workouts and it's been on the list for a while so I had a lot of fun putting this video together even though it turned into a week in my life vlog and then turned into a sourdough tutorial somehow hehe 😉. Either way, this workout routine is just what works for me now as I am training for my race in mid-March and it constantly changes depending on my goals.
