（一）约翰福音John 10:10 盗贼来，无非是要偷窃、宰杀、毁灭；而我来是要他们得生命，并且得的更丰盛。 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. （二）约翰一书 1 John 2:16 原来世界上一切肉体的欲望、眼目的欲望、今生的骄傲，都不是出于父，而是出于世界的。 For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world. （三）彼得前书 1 Peter 2:24 他被挂在木头上，亲身担当了我们的罪，使我们既然在罪上死，就得以在义上活。因他受的鞭伤，你们便得了医治。 "He himself bore our sins" in his body on the cross, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness; "by his wounds you have been healed." （四）罗马书 Romans 6:23 因为罪的工价乃是死，唯有神的恩赐，在我们的主基督耶稣里乃是永生。 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord. （五）马太福音 Matthew 3:1-2 1 那时，有施洗的约翰出来，在犹太的旷野传道，说： 2 “天国近了，你们应当悔改！ ” 1 In those days John the Baptist came preaching in the wilderness of Judea, 2 and saying, “Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!” （六）马太福音 Matthew 4:17 从那时候，耶稣就传起道来，说：“天国近了，你们应当悔改！” From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand. （七）彼得后书 2 Peter 3:9 主所应许的尚未成就，有人以为他是耽延，其实不是耽延，乃是宽容你们，不愿有一人沉沦，乃愿人人都悔改。 The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. Instead he is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. （八）马太福音 Matthew 6:5-6 5 “你们祷告的时候，不可像那假冒为善的人，爱站在会堂里和十字路口上祷告，故意叫人看见。我实在告诉你们：他们已经得了他们的赏赐。 6 你祷告的时候，要进你的内屋，关上门，祷告你在暗中的父，你父在暗中察看，必然报答你。 5 “And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. 6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. （九）使徒行传 Acts 11:18 众人听见这话，就不言语了，只归荣耀与神，说： “这样看来，神也赐恩给外邦人，叫他们悔改得生命了。” When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life. （十）以赛亚书 Isaiah 30:15 主耶和华以色列的圣者曾如此说：“你们得救在乎归回安息，你们得力在乎平静安稳。”... This is what the Sovereign Lord, the Holy One of Israel, says: “In repentance and rest is your salvation,     in quietness and trust is your strength, ...” （十一）以西结书 Ezekiel 18:32 主耶和华说：我不喜悦那死人之死，所以你们当回头而存活。 (NIV) For I take no pleasure in the death of anyone, declares the Sovereign Lord. Repent and live! (KJV) ...no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye. （十二）马可福音Mark 1:15 说：“日期满了，神的国近了。你们当悔改，信福音！ ”The time has come," he said. "The kingdom of God has come near. Repent and believe the good news! （十三）雅各书 James 2:26 身体没有灵魂是死的，信心没有行为也是死的。 As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead. （十四）箴言Proverbs 28:13 遮掩自己罪过的，必不亨通； 承认离弃罪过的，必蒙怜恤。Whoever conceals their sins does not prosper, but the one who confesses and renounces them finds mercy. （十五）诗篇 Psalm 19:12-13 12 谁能知道自己的错失呢？愿你赦免我隐而未现的过错。 13 求你拦阻仆人，不犯任意妄为的罪，不容这罪辖制我，我便完全，免犯大罪。 12 How can I know all the sins lurking in my heart? Cleanse me from these hidden faults. 13 Keep your servant from deliberate sins! Don’t let them control me. Then I will be free of guilt and innocent of great sin. （十六）加拉太书 Galatians 5:19-21 19 情欲的事都是显而易见的，就如奸淫、污秽、邪荡、 20 拜偶像、邪术、仇恨、争竞、忌恨、恼怒、结党、纷争、异端、 21 嫉妒、醉酒、荒宴等类。我从前告诉你们，现在又告诉你们：行这样事的人必不能承受神的国。 19 Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, 20 idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, 21 envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. （十七）诗篇 Psalm 16:4 以别神代替耶和华的，他们的愁苦必加增。⋯ Those who run after other gods will suffer more and more. （十八）马太福音 Matthew 12:43-45 43 污鬼离了人身，就在无水之地过来过去，寻求安歇之处，却寻不着。 44 于是说：‘我要回到我所出来的屋里去。’到了，就看见里面空闲，打扫干净，修饰好了， 45 便去另带了七个比自己更恶的鬼来，都进去住在那里。那人末后的景况比先前更不好了。这邪恶的世代也要如此。” 43 When an evil spirit leaves a person, it goes into the desert, seeking rest but finding none. 44 Then it says, ‘I will return to the person I came from.’ So it returns and finds its former home empty, swept, and in order. 45 Then the spirit finds seven other spirits more evil than itself, and they all enter the person and live there. And so that person is worse off than before. That will be the experience of this evil generation. 祷告A 向神倾心吐意、询问己罪的祷告指引： 1.亲爱的主耶稣： 我因为 ⋯（跟神说是什么人、事、物等等） 而非常生气 我因为 ⋯（某个人、事、物等等） 而感到难过、伤心 我真是很讨厌、痛恨 ⋯（人、事、物等等） 我很担心 ⋯（人、事、物等等) 告诉主你所有的怨气、委屈、痛苦、担心、沮丧等等） 2.求主帮助我看到我隐而未现的罪。 3.感谢赞美主！ （表达对上帝的感谢，赞美和敬拜。） 我奉主耶稣基督的名祷告，阿们。 约翰福音 14:6 耶稣说：“我就是道路、真理、生命。若不借着我，没有人能到父那里去。 约翰福音 14:13 你们奉我的名无论求什么，我必成就，叫父因儿子得荣耀。 马太福音 7:7 “你们祈求，就给你们；寻找，就寻见；叩门，就给你们开门。 祷告 B 认罪悔改的祷告指引： 1. 亲爱的主耶稣：我承认我 ⋯（骄傲、贪心、自私、拜偶像、⋯等等）的罪。 2. 我为我这个 ⋯（列出自己的罪）来向你认罪悔改。 3. 我求主耶稣基督的宝血来洗净我、赦免我的罪。 4. 求主把我这些罪性除掉，换上耶稣的样式。 5. 感谢主耶稣的宝血，赦免了我。奉主耶稣基督的圣名祷告，阿们。 生活操练： 每天早晚至少认一次罪；可以用祷告 A 和 祷告 B 来做指引。 [email protected]
