#10/MS Office/MS Word/How to Use Font Dialogue Box The Font dialog box lets the user choose attributes for a logical font, such as font family and associated font style, point size, effects (underline, strikeout, and text color), and a script (or character set). Font Dialogue Box Commands:- Font: Provides a list of all the available fonts. Font Size: Lets you adjust the character size. Bold: Toggles bold on the current selection. Italic: Toggles italics on the current selection. Underline: Draw a line under selected text. Underline Style: Double Underline, Thick Underline, Dotted Underline, Dashed Underline to apply underline. Underline Color: Change underline colour. Strikethrough: Draws a line through the middle of the selected text. Subscript: Converts the selection to small letters below the text baseline. Superscript: Converts the selection to small letters above the text baseline. Font Color: changes the colour of the font of the current selection. All Caps: All caps may be used for emphasis (for a word or phrase). Small Caps: Small caps are short capital letters designed to blend with lowercase text. Hidden: Hidden text is text that you can choose whether or not it displays or prints.
