Pinterest: / secretsintheove Ingredients: • 250g/ 1 Cup Greek Yogurt • 145g/ 1 Cup All-Purpose Flour, 145g/1 Cup Extra Flour for kneading • 1 ½ tsp Baking Powder • ½ tsp Salt Step 1 In a medium bowl add 250g Greek yogurt and in a small bowl combine 145g all purpose flour with 1 and a half teaspoon baking powder and half teaspoon salt. Stir until well combined. Gradually, add the dry ingredients in 2 batches and using a spatula, combine them with the Greek yogurt. Step 2 Use your hands to form the dough and then transfer it on a well-floured surface. Knead the dough until it’s no longer sticky by adding more flour on the working surface, for about 145g/1 cup. Divide dough into four equal balls. Roll out a ball until it becomes a rope about 3 centimeters thick. Pinch ends shut to form a round circle. Repeat the same process with remaining dough. Step 3 Place bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush tops with some milk. Sprinkle tops with your favorite seasonings: I used black and white sesame seeds and a mix of flax seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Step 4 Bake them at 175°C for about 25 to 30 minutes until a toothpick inserted in them comes out clean! You can also cover them with aluminum foil after becoming golden brown on top in case they tend to burn! Remove them from the oven and let the bagels cool a few minutes before eating. Look how they look inside! I simply love eating fresh baked bagel sandwiches for breakfast filled with eggs, avocado, salad and bacon! Bon appetit! #secretsintheoven #noyeastbagels #bagelsrecipe
