If it’s not cooked right, it turns rubbery and dry. Here in Greece where I live, we do things differently. The real secret? Low and slow cooking—just like BBQ, but without smoke (because smoky octopus? Not great). So in this video, I’m showing you my favorite method: ✅ Sous-vide cooking with the Typhur Sous-Vide Cooking Station to make the octopus incredibly tender, ✅ Then a quick sear on a real wood-fired grill for flavor and texture. As a side, we’re cooking up green asparagus the same way: first sous-vide to preserve texture, then grilled for a smoky bite.
