ELDOA clearly works. The question is how the positions were originally determined. In this video, I talk about why ELDOA looks mysterious at first glance, why the neural tension question is fair, and why you likely clear that first before you do the ELDOA. Then I get to what I actually want discussed: how did someone decide a specific setup targets T10 T11 or T8 T9, and why would changing arm position shift which segment you are decoapting. I believe it happens. I want to know the original thought process and methodology that led to these decisions. Also, ELDOA is not training. It is hard. Do not confuse doing positions with building capacity. If you know the origin story, the logic behind mapping these positions, or you have imaging insight, drop it in the comments.
