In this guided meditation, we sink into the heart of the non-dual understanding which is that there is only one, indivisible reality which everything and everyone derives from. There may be forms or divisions in its appearance, but in itself there are no divisions. The experience of love is the absence of others, or a revelation of reality filtering through our human experience. It is the one that is appearing as two.
