This dish is packed with iron from fresh spinach and protein from soft paneer cubes, making it the perfect balanced meal when served with hot rotis. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned cook, this step-by-step guide will help you get that perfect restaurant-style texture at home." Ingredients: Spinach (Palak): 1 bunch, blanched Paneer: 200g, cubed and shallow-fried Aromatics: Onion, Tomato, Ginger, Garlic, Green Chillies Spices: Jeera (Cumin), Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, and "Home Made Spicy Masala" Finishing touches: Salt, Fresh Cream, and Kasturi Methi (Dried Fenugreek leaves) Instructions: Prep the Spinach: Boil and blanch the spinach to retain its vibrant green colour, then blend it into a smooth puree. Sauté the Base: Heat oil, add jeera, then sauté ginger, garlic, green chillies, onions, and tomatoes. Blend & Cook: Blend the sautéed aromatics with the spinach. Spice it up: Shallow fry your paneer with basic spices. In a separate pan, cook your spices in oil before adding the green puree. Simmer: Add salt and fried paneer. Finish with a swirl of fresh cream and crushed Kasturi Methi for that signature aroma. Serve: Best enjoyed with fresh, handmade rotis or bhakaris!
