This recipe is simple, quick, and perfect for weeknight dinners, parties, or game day snacks. If you love flavour-packed food, you’ll definitely want to try this one. Easy Sticky Chicken Wings 🍗 Ingredients 1 kg / 2 lbs chicken wings (tips removed) 2 cloves garlic, crushed or finely minced Sauce: 1/3 cup (4 Tbsp) tomato sauce (ketchup) 2 Tbsp soy sauce 2 Tbsp honey 1 tsp curry powder 1 tsp paprika Sesame seeds (optional) Method 1. Preheat a fan-forced oven to 190°C / 375°F (conventional oven 210°C / 410°F). 2. Cut chicken wings in half at the joint and place in a bowl. 3. Add the crushed garlic and mix well to coat the chicken. 4. In a separate bowl, combine all the sauce ingredients and mix until smooth. 5. Lightly grease a baking tray or roasting pan with oil and arrange the chicken wings in a single layer. 6. Brush sauce onto one side of the wings. 7. Bake for 45 minutes, turning halfway through and brushing with more sauce. 8. After baking, switch your oven to grill/broil mode. 9. Brush the wings with a final layer of sauce on both sides, sprinkle sesame seeds if using. 10. Return to the oven for 5–10 minutes, or until the sauce caramelises and turns beautifully golden.
