Globin's structure is much like a living body, and its people distribute nourishment and repel intruders. Globin's an interesting planet to use. It has strong ignitions, low gravity, easy to screen clear and can lead to some really powerful attacks. However, its gimmick is actually designed to balance this by weakening the planet as time goes on. While the nova timer on Globin starts rather generous, it shortens the quickest out of any planet in the entire game, making it very difficult to use in long games. After about 1:30 passes, the nova timer becomes incredibly strict, requiring split-second precision to avoid a nova on the higher difficulties. Despite how counterintuitive this all sounds, Globin can actually be enjoyed by players of most skill levels. While not suitable for beginners, intermediate players can get some extra time to think thanks to the low gravity of the planet, and expert players can take advantage of Globin's incredibly strong attacks to finish off opponents quickly before its weakness has time to set in.
