Description Crispy bread ke sholay made with hung curd stuffing Very tasty tea time and party snack No potato no paneer recipe Easy to make at home with simple ingredients Ingredients Bread slices 6 Hung curd 1 cup 150 gm Onion very finely chopped 2 tbsp Capsicum very finely chopped 2 tbsp Grated carrot 1 2 cup lightly squeezed Green chilli finely chopped 1 Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Roasted besan 3 tbsp Bread crumbs 3 tbsp Salt as per taste Black pepper powder 1 2 tsp Red chilli powder 1 2 tsp Garam masala 1 2 tsp Coriander leaves finely chopped 2 tbsp Water or hung curd for sealing Oil for deep frying Method Take hung curd in a bowl and whisk smooth Add onion capsicum carrot green chilli and ginger garlic paste Add roasted besan bread crumbs salt and all spices Mix well to make thick stuffing Remove bread edges and flatten slices with rolling pin Place stuffing in centre of bread slice Apply water or hung curd on edges Cover with another bread slice and press edges firmly After sealing cut into triangle or square Heat oil on medium flame Fry bread sholay till golden and crispy Remove on tissue paper Serve hot with chutney or sauce Tips Oil should be medium hot Fry on medium flame only Do not overcrowd pan Drain on tissue paper Hashtags #BreadKeSholay #HungCurdRecipe #VegSnacks #TeaTimeSnack #NoPotatoRecipe #EasySnack #breadrecipe #crispybread #snackrecipe #eveningsnack
