Hi ! All 🙋 A very healthy and nutritious Beetroot halwa dessert made with grated beetroots, milk, sugar, flavored it with crushed cardamom and dry fruits. INGREDIENTS Beetroot - 2 cup Ghee - 2 tsp Cashew nuts - 2 tsp Almond - 2 tsp Raisins - 2 tsp Pistachio - 2 tsp Milk - 1 cup Jaggery powder - 3 to 4 tsp Salt pinch Khoya - 1 tsp Cardamom - 1/3 tsp Roasted coconut - 2 tsp Ghee - 1 tsp PREPARATION 1. Heat pan with some ghee, add cashews and almond saute till turns golden brown. Then add raisins and pistachio and fry until they puff up. Then transfer to a plate. 2. In the same pan with remaining ghee add grated beetroot and cook on a low flame for 5 to 6 minutes. 3. Now, add milk and stir well. Close the lid cook for 5-7 minutes, open the lid stir well. Cook until it turns thick or till all the milk gets absorbed by the beetroot. Stir it in between occasionally. 4. Add jaggery powder mix well, once jaggery melts and moisture is released. Cook till the moisture evaporates. 5. Now, add salt mix well, further add khoya, cardamom powder, dry fruits, roasted coconut mix well. At last add ghee Stir it well and turn off the flame. 6.
