The first compact SUV (4.50 meters long) from Skoda that can display the real "RS" logo is the Elroq, which as the name suggests - with the initial "e" and the final "q" - is a fully electric raised-riding vehicle. It is de facto the first in this segment for the Czech brand, given the absence of an RS variant of the endothermic Karoq, with which the Elroq shares the size. And not only that, the name "Elroq" is nothing more than the fusion of the words "Electric" (EL) and "Karoq" (ROQ), indicating its proximity to the endothermic counterpart in positioning. But here we are talking about RS - which is shown for the first time in Italy at the Milan Design Week 2025 - and the declared technical data are promising: 340 HP and a 0-100 km/h covered in 5.4 seconds thanks to the all-wheel drive with double motor. The result? This is the fastest Skoda ever in acceleration. The battery is 84 kWh gross (equivalent to 79 kWh net) for a range of around 550 km declared in the WLTP homologation cycle. Charging, on the other hand, has a peak power of 185 kW for 10% - 80% covered in less than half an hour.
