Supportive housing is more than just a place to live—it’s about relationships, trust, and care. This session explores three distinct approaches to strengthening supportive housing by focusing on health, wellbeing, and the evolving needs of tenants. Presenters will share how one program embedded 24/7 health services into housing for people with complex needs, highlighting early evaluation findings and lessons for scaling integrated care. Another will offer insights into a flexible, person-centered model that adapts to resource constraints by fostering a culture of learning for both staff and residents. A third will explore how rethinking success—beyond tenancy duration—led to a renewed focus on occupational activities, health access, and staff training, based directly on tenant feedback. Together, these stories offer fresh, grounded perspectives on what truly makes supportive housing work—models built on dignity, responsiveness, and care.
