The first presentation will review housing interventions designed for hospital discharges, emphasizing the effectiveness of stable housing in reducing homelessness. The second presentation will focus on the disproportionate effect of acquired brain injury (ABI) on people experiencing homelessness, outlining key transition points and healthcare barriers that require tailored prevention strategies. Finally, the third presentation will look at the integration of mental health into homelessness prevention policies in Ontario, drawing on insights from lived experts.
