No maida, no baking – just a simple traditional recipe you can prepare in minutes. Healthy Rice Flour Breakfast – Method 🧂 Ingredients : • Rice flour • Water • Salt • Oil • Onion (finely chopped) • Ginger (finely chopped) • Green chillies (finely chopped) • Turmeric powder • Kashmiri chilli powder • Sambar powder • Chilli flakes • Coconut oil 👩🍳 Method : 1. Take a bowl and add water, salt, and oil. Mix well. 2. Slowly add rice flour and mix continuously to avoid lumps. 3. Mix well until a soft batter/dough is formed. 4. Take small portions and shape them into small balls. 5. Boil the balls in hot water for 5 minutes, then drain and keep aside. 6. Heat a pan and add coconut oil. 7. Add onions, green chillies, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant. 8. Add salt, turmeric powder, Kashmiri chilli powder, sambar powder, and chilli flakes. Mix well. 9. Add the boiled rice flour balls to the pan. 10. Mix gently until all ingredients are well combined. 11. Cook for 2–3 minutes on low flame. 12.
