He has helped me and thousands of other type2 diabetics take control and reverse their type2 diabetes. / @beatdiabetes3 HARDY CHICKEN BEEF SOUP Makes 9 two cup servings Macros are for ONE serving Calories 284 Carbs 11.76 Fiber 5.22 Net Carbs 6.54 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken diced (Dark and White meat) 12 oz Ground Beef (Cooked and drained) 2 32oz Cartons Chicken Broth/Stock 1 Can Diced Tomatoes and juice 1 Can Green Beans 14 Radish cut into quarters 1/2 Orange Bell Pepper 1/2 Red Bell Pepper 2-3 Celery Stalks 1/2 Sweet Onion 2 small cans mushrooms or 1 large can 1 Can Black Soybeans 10 oz package frozen riced Cauliflower (Thawed) 3 Chicken Bullion Cubes 2 tsp Chicken Bullion Powder 1 TB Butter (Used to saute' veggies) 1 TB Avocado Oil (Also used to saute' veggies) Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic & Complete seasoning (to taste) Pour Chicken stock, canned tomatoes and radishes into pot. Cook on medium until it boils. In the meantime, saute your onion, bell peppers and celery in a skillet with the butter and oil. Cook just until onions begin to turn translucent and remove from heat. Lower heat on the soup base and add beef, chicken, black soy beans, green beans, mushrooms and sauteed veggies. Let these cook for about 10 more minutes. Finally, add your thawed cauliflower and cook for 5 more minutes. Serve and enjoy!
