Thanks For Watching! ……………………………………………………….. Heyyy! So here is a random little video. I decided to do this without talking or a voice over as I think it's more calming and relaxing to watch. I love watching these videos as they inspire me and I find them super fun to watch :) Typically in the morning I will wake up, make porridge & fruit, have a glass of lemon water and a cuppa, get dressed/shower & then sit in the garden reading for a bit before taking my dog for a walk or just going for a little walk. This is in no specific order lol. Occasionally I will go in the hot tub early in the morning whilst it's quiet and peaceful as I find it a relaxing way to start my day; particularly if i'm feeling stiff or tense. enjoy!
