SHRI SAI SATCHARITRA Chapter 25/50 Story of “Damu Anna Kasar of Ahmednagar (1) Speculations (2) Amraleela “. What is wanted on our part is whole hearted devotion to Sai Baba. We need to prostrate to Him with all our eight limbs. He is The Abode of all auspicious things. Whenever a devotee had complete and whole-hearted devotion for Sai Baba, all his calamities were warded off and his welfare attended to by Baba, Himself. Baba is Omnipresent, whatever a bhakta is thinking or doing Sainath always knew & knows. This is illustrated in the next story. His devotee Damu Anna, tempted by the prospect of making heavy profit in business, wrote a letter to ask for Baba’s permission. Even before the letter was opened Baba knew its content. Baba remarked, ”It seems that he wants to reach the sky and he is not content with what God has given him. Nothing is wanting in his house, let him be content with the half loaf he has and not bother about lacs.” Through this Omniscience, Baba dissuaded Anna Damu, from entering into two bad deals, thus saving him a lot of money & stress. Baba assured, ” Believe Me, though I pass away, My bones in My tomb would be speaking, moving and communicating with those who would surrender themselves whole-heartedly to Me. Do not be anxious that I would be absent from you. You will hear My bones speaking & discussing your welfare. But remember Me always, believe in Me heart & soul and then, you will be most benefited.” This chapter, as all others, is full of direct guidance by Baba. If we all try to follow it diligently, our lives are bound to change for the better. Please listen with concentration. OM TAT SAT.
