Add shrimp and toss well to make sure the shrimp is coated. Refrigerate in marinade for 4 hours. Serve with toasted French bread or crackers. Heirloom Tomato and Avocado Salad Serves 4 – 6 4 large Heirloom Tomatoes, sliced (any color you prefer) 2 large Haas Avocados, peeled, seed removed and sliced 6 – 8 leaves fresh Basil ½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar Sea Salt Cracked Black Pepper Arrange tomato slices on a tray and garnish with avocado slices and basil.
