Troubleshooting the NerdQAxe++: Fixing a Hot 1.2V LDO & Reboot Loop continues

Isolated the reboot cause to the 1.2V ASIC power rail. The miner was stuck in a constant reboot loop, which led me to find an overheating LDO responsible for the 1.2V rail. Initial tests show no dead short on this line, so the LDO is either failing under load or there is a high-resistance fault downstream. I partially solder the LDO back onto the board, leaving the VOut (Output) pin lifted/disconnected. This allows me to test the LDO in isolation. If it still gets hot with the output disconnected, the LDO is definitely toast. If it stays cool, I know the issue lies further down the line toward the ASICs. Test result: LDO IS GOOD. The problem is around ASICs area.
