Recipe for Grain Spawn... 6 Cups of Organic Rye Berries 1 tbsp Gypsum 3 Cups of Water We don't pre-soak our grains before sterilization. Simply add the dry ingredients to your grow bag. Then add water, and place in the pressure cooker for 120 minutes at 15 psi. This gives up perfect grain spawn with minimal split kernels. I will make a video on our grain spawn technique.
