These chicken cutlets are tender on the inside, golden and crispy on the outside, and paired with perfectly seasoned oven-roasted potatoes. Once you try this recipe, you’ll want to make it again and again! 🛒 Ingredients For the chicken cutlets: 2 chicken breasts 3 eggs 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 3.5 oz (100 g) cheese, grated 1 cup canned corn A bunch of fresh parsley, chopped 3 tablespoons flour Salt, to taste Garlic, to taste Vegetable oil for frying For the roasted potatoes: 2.5 lb (about 1 kg) potatoes Salt, to taste 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon paprika 2 tablespoons olive oil Fresh dill for garnish 👩🍳 Instructions Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. Add eggs, mayonnaise, grated cheese, corn, parsley, flour, salt, and garlic. Mix well. Heat vegetable oil in a pan. Spoon the mixture into the pan, forming cutlet shapes. Fry until golden brown on both sides. For the potatoes: Slice the potatoes. Season with salt, garlic powder, paprika, and olive oil. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 40 minutes until crispy and golden.
