Welcome back to the channel! Today, we are leveling up your Sunday brunch with two mouthwatering Sunday Breakfast Cheesy Hotties. First, we’re making Baked Cheesy Bread Bites—a crunchy, herb-packed delight that takes minutes to prepare. Then, we’re diving into a golden, pan-seared Cheesy Phyllo Borek, using thin dough sheets and a rich feta-parsley filling. Whether you're feeding the whole family or just treating yourself, these two cheesy recipes are the ultimate comfort food to start your morning. Let’s get cooking! Baked Cheese Bread Ingredients: Serving size: Ideal for 4-6 slices of bread. 🥚2 Large Eggs 🧀 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled 🌿 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, finely chopped 🌶️ 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 🌶️1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes 🧈1 tbsp oil 🍞 6 Slices of Bread (Sourdough, baguette, or any bread of your choice). 🍞 Whisk the eggs, add the crumbled feta, parsley, and spices. Turkish sausage will be good on top. Spread the mixture generously on the bread slices and bake until golden brown! Enjoy it! ———————————————————————- Crispy Turkish Cheese Pastry Ingredients: 🫓4 Sheets of Phyllo (Filo) Pastry (Traditional thin dough sheets) 🥚 2 Large Eggs 🥛 1 cup Whole Milk (Approx. 200 ml) 🧈 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil (For the sauce and greasing the pan) 🧀 1.5 cups Feta Cheese, crumbled (Approx. 250g) 🌿 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley, finely chopped 🌶️ 1/2 tsp Black Pepper 🌶️ 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes. Mix the eggs, milk, oil and seasoning. Mix the feta cheese and parsley in another cup. Tear one or two phyllos into the wet mixture. Grease the pan and place one phyllo on the bottom. Put the filling into it and phyllos on top. Cook both sides aroun 5-6 minutes, check the bottom side while cooking. Now you have a crispy and cheesy borek! Enjoy it. P.S.: I did not use extra salt becouse feta cheese is already salty. But ıf you use any less salty cheese, you may add salt.
