Directions: *Place Sugar, Corn Starch in a sauce pan mix together. In a measuring cup or bowl add milk and egg yolks, mix together until combined, and add to sauce pan. Cook on medium heat mixing continuously with a whisk or wooden spoon until cream becomes thick. (this can take about 10min) Remove pan from heat and add butter and vanilla bean paste, mix well.
