The DSS is in orbit giving a slight boost to our liberation campaign, extreme cold slows rate of fire and delays heat buildup in weapons, and SEAF units are planet-side—salute them and they’ll happily follow you into whatever bad idea you’re currently executing. I’m running the AR-2 Coyote as my primary and wearing the CW-22 Kodiak heavy set for 50% explosive resistance, because bots on Choepessa IV only argue in high explosives. Stratagems for this Helldivers 2 Automaton mission: A/MLS-4X Rocket Sentry, Eagle 500kg Bomb, LIFT-850 Jump Pack, and the LAS-99 Quasar Cannon—everything you need to knock out an Air Base Control Tower and delete two Dropships before they make more problems. This was a five-star run that saw me use one clone thanks to friendly fire (Democracy occasionally mis-aims), and the team burned a few clones as well, but nowhere near running dry. We demolished the tower, swatted the Dropships out of the sky, cleaned up all side objectives, and turned every street corner into a bot recycling station. Extraction had its own difficulties—more clones needed (not by me this time), chaos on the LZ, and two divers either disconnecting or bailing out during the ride home—but those of us still aboard left Choepessa IV burning harder than when we arrived. This is Helldivers 2 no commentary cinematic gameplay on Choepessa IV, recorded on a dedicated PC through a capture card and played in 4K Ultra on an RTX 5090 and i7-14700K with all settings at ultra for maximum visual carnage. We’re running the Helldivers 2 Beta Slim version—same performance as the full build, less drive space wasted, more room for future collapsing mega cities.
