Welcome back to my 12 in 12 series and course number 10 was played at Lincoln Park Golf Course in San Francisco California. Lincoln Park is the oldest public golf course on the west coast. The course was dedicated to President Abraham Lincoln in 1909. There has been an 18 hole course on the property since 1917 and the land was once a burial ground for Chinese immigrants. The bodies are said to have all been relocated, but there are still some monuments that were left behind on the course. There are some amazing views of the Golden Gate Bridge from the course, especially from the tee box on hole number 17. This is a very old school style golf course and does not play very long, even from the tips. There is only one par 5 on the course so it is a par 68 layout.
