Camping Solo without Andy pushed me outside my comfort zone—but it also helped me build confidence and real-world emergency preparedness. In this video, I head out solo truck camping and hiking the Peralta Trail, even with recent bobcat sightings and attacks in the area. I’ll share how I prepare for emergencies when camping alone, especially as a woman, and what goes through your mind when you’re truly on your own in the desert.
