Although fans of The Beatles will need to wait until 2028 to see the band’s story brought to life through the four interconnected films directed by Sam Mendes, one member of the iconic British group is stepping into the spotlight on his own much sooner. Prime Video is set to premiere Man on the Run on February 27, a documentary centered on Paul McCartney and his journey after leaving The Beatles. Unlike the large-scale cinematic project about the band, this film offers a far more intimate portrait, focusing on McCartney’s creative rebirth as he rebuilt his career with his new group, Wings, formed alongside his wife, Linda McCartney.
