I first created a tapping video in 2020 to help people let go of worrying about the future, a time when many people were fearful, worried, and divided. I have since been asked many times to create a more up-to-date version to help people with general fears, worries, and anxiety about the future. When we are fearful, worried or anxious, this robs us of our peace and power. It's my intention to help you call back your energy, reclaim your power and restore your inner peace. From this place of peace and power, you can begin the journey to focus on the things that are in YOUR control, your thoughts, your feelings and all the things you desire - you are so much more powerful than you realise.
